Who's best people to use to refurb a ktec coilover that leaks

Not being funny, are ktec coilovers even serviceable?

E.g. Some have the top cap welded or crimped on (permanent), whilst ones designed with service in mind have (for example) an internal circlip holding the top cap & seal pack in place.
