coilovers

iv got fk coilovers on my mk2 1.4 2004 clio and they have a knock on the back dose any one know what its is or is this normal like the springs knocking on the seat ? thanks jason

Take the damper off and run it through a few clcyles ie fully in and out see if there any knocking of the valves etc.

it sounds like a metal to metal sound . like the springs touching because its at its lowest setting . could it just be the fact thay are coilbound or hitting the bit you change the ride hight with. .
