Yeah go for the FK Automotive Highsport coilovers. They are not adjustable in terms of damping but are in terms of ride height.
The adjustables (damping) are called konigsporta nd cost about £150 more. Unless you are gonna be bother to take each wheel off or rummage around and adjust settings, I wouldnt bother. They come properly damped out the box anyway as they are TUV approved whoich means tey have been tested properly prior to going on sale.
Cant rate these kits high enough and the place I got mine from ages ago, Performance Driven in Taunton, offered free fitting. Think they still do for special offers and that saves a packet. If you give them a bell ask for Simon.
Seriously would consider FK Automotive. They use a helper spring so you have a lighter spring before teh main spring so 2 stage in a way. They come with a spray can of stuff to keep them working properly and the adjustment rings dont round off.
They are also one of teh few makes to be TUV tested on the car, apparently use Koni internals and come with a lifetime guarantee if fitted by an approved dealer.
