pretty new owner of a 182 full fat, looking to see what people think would be the best option for coilovers without going into silly money but still make a difference preferably with height and damping adjustments? any advice welcomed cheers

You have a limited choice, due to the 60mm bracket. Have a look for ASTs.

You are very limited, low cost coilovers, vmax and ktec, Gaz gold are height and damper adjustable, H&R for about £900 lus, but not damper adjustable.
