anyone use these? are they any good?

It seems like a good idea, but wondering if any here has had any real experience with using this kit?

Mine have helped me achieve things that I previously couldn't. They do however scratch easy and leave a colour cast (The Graduated filters are Grey and not Neutral).

If your just dabbling they are worth it, anything more serious and I'd say spend money on a Lee Holder + Hi-Tech GND's. Also the "sunset" creative filter sounds like a waste of time, find a kit with some graduated filters IMO.

Think you can find genuine holders for much less on e-Bay as well.

Will have a poke on ebay later. Yeh im not interested in the sunset filters, just ND's atm.

What makes the Lee kit better than cokin?

They're generally accepted to be better - better colour to the photo etc. I've seen some great photos taken with Cokin filters too though.
