Cold Air intake

Hey people

i got a PC Viper but i dont no where to put the intake, does anyone know how to put it where the fog light is?

i wanted to put it there but i wouldnt know how to install it, do u know what to use even just to make the hole?

alot of people have done this when everyone was doing it last year and want put it back to normal so ask someone to swap their lower grill with trumpet and hole for your standard one.
