cold engine hesitation

my clio 182 on cold start when i set off is lumpy and very hesitant on throttle,only for about 30 seconds or so then it clears!! any thoughts?

Interested too. Mines has started doing this recently and. It's dead snappy then all of a sudden settles down and is proper smooth.
