Collant cap won't come off.

The main cap comes off but it leaves the cap internals in the tank. Do these pull out or twist out?

Sounds like your cap is buggered, it should all screw off in one piece.

Yeh it's knackered, the inner bit just pulls out with plenty of persuasion in anyone searches for this in future.
