Colour changing sidelights?

just wondering if anyone knows if they are illegal?

The only lights you are allowed at the front of your car are white for headlights/sidelights and amber for indicators.

your allowed white or yellow for your front side lights, has to be a constant (not flashing) light too. but you can use other colours off road (like at car shows)
