I have H&R Sport springs on MkII. They are really great. I had them 2years on std shocks. Now they are on sport shocks and they are little modified, so handling is even better.

How much does the H&R lower the car by? 30mm or less? I wonder if its lower than Eibach pro?

I believe that you cant use 172 springs on the 182 and vice versa - Im sure someone with more knowledge than me will be able to confirm this!

Well Ive just had some Apex 40mm springs that were on a 182 go straight on my 172 fine. Im sure Fred wouldve mentioned something during fitting if they were the wrong ones!
