Condensation in Fog Lights?

Hi there, does anyone else have this problem, can you get to thm without taking the bumper off? I could take them off dry them and check the seal but there's no screws on the front.

just turn them on they will dry out. need to be on a little while though

Yes you do, they are bolted into the inside of the bumper. Seal sounds a bit dodgy, or its the glass not making a full seal on the unit.
