Do the headlights not get condensation in them when the case is cracked or one of the rubber cups have come off the back?

I had the condensation issue, it was just down to the rubber cap not sitting on the back property. Failing that, some people have put a sachet of silica gel hidden away in the back of the light on a fishing line (for retrieval). Theres a thread about it somewhere.

RE the clocks re-setting I have this issue at the moment too. Apparently it's a sign that the battery is on it's way out.

  soon to be 182 ;)
as said silica gel, this can occour when you change bulbs etc not forming a proper seal or maybe cracked case. . as regard the seat handle take the seat cover off at the bottom and see if the wire is attatched to the lever
