Confused about HIDS

Right i know that if you put normal hids in stock headlights it would burn the wires etc etc without putting a hid kit in. Well i wantto get angel lights for my 1.2 clio ... http://store.nationalspares.co.uk/r...angel-eyes-style-black-pair.html#.UWRzhTBFD3s
I currently just have 55h xenon bulbs in my standard headlamps, do i still have to fit a hid kit if i want to put hids in even though it has projectors as i read somewhere you didnt need to?

Personally for the price of those headlights I'd spend a bit more money and get some real xenon headlights from a Clio sport they would look better Imo of coursr

i have had a ok at them, but dont want a clio repicca as my mates have st replicas, i find these look unique ive only seen them once before man

You need to fit the full hid kit. If you just fit the bulbs you won't have lights.
