Confused about Xenons etc

So I'm wanting some new lights for my black non sport

Everyone seems to be saying that Xenons are the way to go
But my mate has mentioned "angel lights" to me so I'm just wondering what these are like?
Also what about conversion kits as my mate was also talking about those, what are they and will it look as good?

Prices? whats a decent price for each of the above?

dont like em myself tbh

standard HID`s looks better but not that cheap with ballasts,

angel eyes look s**t on clios, just get a HID kit.
