Connecting audio stalk to new headunit...

Recently bought a new headunit. Im just wondering how can i connect it to work with the stalk?

I have a alphine headunit, does anyone know where i can get the leads etc?

Also, how do i get the display to show up where the clock is?
Example: Radio 1 00:00

only the standard renault headunits will work with the clock display

thats all i can help you with

you'll need an adapter, your local audio shop should have them
you can get one for the audio stalk,

as for the display,
its only VERY few headunits that will do this,
and i dont believe alpine headunits do,
