Contracts with phone around £25-£30 a month

At the moment i'm with 02 on a sim card only contract, using a Nokia 6500slide, which is battered, and crap.

I get 600 mins and 1000 texts + Unlimited 02 texts, for £25 a month but now i want a new phone and there must be a good contract somewhere?

Anyone got a half decent phone on cheap contract?
