Converting DVD movies to play on PSP

I'm using some software called PSP Movie Creator to convert DVD to MP4 format to play on my PSP. The only problem is the sound. Sometimes it doesn't match up witht he video correctly and jumps around. I'm recording at 15fps if it makes any difference. Can anyone suggest what what I may need to do to sort it out, or is there a better piece of software I should use?

id make the fps 30ish as 15 is really crap and is whats making the video jump about, as for sound difference, sometimes you can set a delay in options to correct the difference.

not familiar with that software, im using:
dvdshrink - to select the main stream i want and remove copyprotection
flaskmpg - to convert dvd to avi
3gpconvertor - to convert avi to psp mp4

works fine and free

have a play about with the options, increasing things and decreasing things untill you find an output your happy with
