Converting multichanger lead to iPod lead?

  Nimbus 197, Ph1 172
Sure i've read somewhere this can be done. Was going to get the wiring diagram to find the input signals for the audio, then make a connector to plug into the headphone jack of my iPod, unless there is an easier, off the shelf solution?

you can do that but only on certain models of radio..

on other models it only works with a box that converts the analog audio into spdif

Talk to MT AUDIO... he sells the Connects2 leads I think which converts the iPod signal to whatever it is the headunit requires.
