Converting to sport clocks, alot of hasssle?

I've seen on a another thread that it is possible to change the clocks from other clio models around, I've got a clio 1.2 8vRT its got a rev counter on the left, speedo in the middle & fuel & temp on the right, Does it require all the wirring to be changed around & would all the speedo still be the same if i bought a set of sport clocks?
