Inlet manifold, decent induction kit, exhaust and remap has been known to get as much as 245bhp out of these engines, so great gains to be had.

Are the wheels on it at the moment silver or anthracite? If you buy it, i may be interested in buying the wheels off you lol.

mate of mine's just bought a 316 compact with the intention of dropping in a bigger lump eventually. For the £200 he paid for it, with a current MOT its an epic little car. He's even selling his 530 as it's too sanitised and boring and using the compact as a daily

It's relatively easy to do Danny, just involves cuttong a wire to get it to start!

My friend had an E36 compact, it was gash inside.

If you get it, I've some 17x10 ET17 Azev As that would fit it
