Mine didn't BUT then it did have a £15k resto 2yrs before I bought it. Only sold it as I didn't have anywhere inside to keep it through the winter, my biggest regret - ever.

My mates, its fun, slow and crashy, things dont work, windscreen wipers are operated by string, bits of house carpet stop your feet touching the road but its fun and very loud.
