Need to refill my coolant etc (I know it isn't a clio, but surely the same method?!) is there a proper way to do it in order to get all of the air out of the system?

Is it just run the car and keep going until the thermostat opens, then keep filling it up until its full and no more air bubbles out?

All depends on the car. Some will have a bleed screw.

Fill it up slowly, and you'll stop some of the airlocks, hopefully..

Integra type R.
would I not just have the radiator cap off to bleed it?

All depends. Some i've filled up have a bleed screw somewhere else on a coolant pipe and you fill it up with the bleed screw open and that helps to get the air out. You then do the bleed screw up, and fill it up as normal.

Not sure on the ITR though..

I'll check the handbook in a second. I think there is one somewhere.

When I emtied it, was done frm a screw at the bottom of the rad, was done when the waterpump was changed during cambelt service, so I think it is all out?!
