coolant disappearing but not overheating

Car  renault clio 1.5dci
this is more for my partners car then mine, she has a 2014 clio 1.5 diesel its had its oil cooler replaced but has zero coolant in the tank at all? could this be due to the coolant needs to flow through the system or is there air in the system still?

If it’s the first time it’s happened since it’s been replaced just top it up, happens a lot when coolants been replaced.

If it keeps happening you have a problem.

when it went in it wasn't looked at but we returned to garage and it got sorted , it had air in the system still
