sounds like somebody didnt renew theyre anti freeze and now have a split in theyre coolant pipe sumwhere,
most probaby coming out of the water pump, so itll trickle down and drip off the sump,
if you have water coming out of your sump, then you should be asking some serious wtf questions.

Wont be the headgasket if the coolants pissing out the bottom of the block, Unless the headgasket is no going from being run low on coolant.
Yeah i nar mean, i think it must be the a core plug, im getting it towed home then i'll whip the top off
