  1*4 phhslow
had to replace my thermostat afew weeks ago due to over heating and before it broke i would drive down the a12 and my engine would cool down abit from my cold air feed and k&n but since i have renewd it my engine just heats up and stays just in the middle doesnt cool down when i go fast or anything ????
is this wrong or right sounds a silly question but just curious :clown:

Thats what its supposed to do, good sign its all working properly. You will prob notice it will go down a bit when you speed up in the winter.

K4J definatly has the bleed screw on the thermostat, I think it looks like a normal mounting screw like all the others. I think it would also be ok to bleed from where the temp sensor plugs in.

Prob a best idea to bleed it all and start again as you dont want trapped air anywhere.

k4j has the bleed nipple on the thermostat housing same as an f4r its a 10mm bolt you can tell which one it is as you will see sealer under it.
you can get away with just running it up with the cap off as the air will surface to the top sometimes its a bit tricky but you can do it

and middle is fine,, if when sitting stationary you rev it the temp goes down a lot then theres still air in it
