Cost of replacement zeon...

I would have thought this was a warranty issue.

Take it down to your local garage before the warranty runs out and see what they say.

Will swap the bulbs when the rain stops... yeah, if its not the bulb then a trip to Renault on Monday is in order. Was just curious how much a bulb would cost if it was blown...

I think the bulbs (D2S) are between £80 and £100 each from memory.

bulbs from renault are apparently 150, though im pretty sure i read somewhere the bulb is supposed to be able to outlast the life of the car. go for the warrenty i say!

Front bumper needs to come off to replace the bulbs. I got some off Ebay for about £40 when mine went. Unfortunately after stripping the front of the car to replace them they still didn't work.

I paid another £80 for renault to diagnose the fault, which turned out to be the ballast units. They quoted £600 to replace both but I got 2 new ones for £250 from HIDS 4 you and fitted them myself (another bumper off job).

That sounds gash! I will book it into the garage and let them have a look at it. They shouldn't charge me even if its just the light, its under warranty.

When I had my phase 2 172 the drivers side lamp would work intermitantly and that was also a ballast pack.............as Chad says, I was also quoted £250 hence I traded in the car........
