Will a 182 cylinder head fit a 172?

Evening everyone just after a bit of advice.
Will a 182 fit on a 172 without any extra work required, we've bought a 172 with a snapped cambelt and I'm weighing up getting a replacement heat or rebuilding this one.

182 head will go straight on. It's the 197 head that needs modifying to fit.

You need to use the matching cam cover for the 182 head.
