No, you will totally mess up the ride and it will pogo everywhere, unfortunately you'll need to replace the dampers with some to suit the new springs. If the shocks are old it’s worth replacing them at the same time as the springs anyway. If the car was practically new and you were only dropping it 15-20mm then you could get away using the ‘old’ shocks with the new springs.
Re-read my post above. Do it properly and change the shocks at the same time for ones designed for the length of springs. You will regret it if you don’t as the car will pogo and you will have to pay for the labor again to have the shocks changed at a later date.
