In a very poor and basic trim, it wouldnt be very nice and you'd make more power from swapping to 2ltr.

In every case you NEED to drop in a slimline rad, it just prevents any induction length and generates massive induction temps.

Couldn't you get round the induction temp issue buy fabricating an airbox over the TB's with an inlet to one or two sides (i.e. around the std radiator). fair enough, its not ideal and you've still the trumpt length issue but might be a workround? That RS team had something similar on their TB'd 172 IIRC?

yea, but you dont realise just how short the lengths become, highly unfavourable.

Hence the 205bhp for their quoted output.
