Couple of issues!

Got a couple of issues with the car. The first is that the clutch pedal is sitting about 2 inches higher than the others. Could this be the clutch cable needs tightening?

Second is that under heavy braking the steering wheel vibrates alot and when slowing to a stop the car is jerking. Is this warn/warped disks?

could well be worn discs, but there's a couple of bushes on those IIRC that can cause some braking wobble. Can't remember if the clutch is adjustable on those or not
