Cracked Plastic Roof Panel Fiesta ST

Noticed this crack about 2 -3 weeks ago now. Been having a massive chew on trying to get it sorted under my extended warranty. Been in contact with Ford Customer Relations, warranty people and local Ford dealer who originally said they can replace the part under warranty and now saying can’t as it’s a complex job as it’s a awkward place and the panel is bonded. I’m going to a garage next week who is approved by the Warrenty people for them to look at it to see if they can do the job. I’ve been messed about, been ringing loads of people and different departments and trying to get this done under extended warranty. It’s a joke how this is gone on. Hopefully gets all sorted.
