Crankshaft and oil pump interchangeability

  172 Clio Sport
Working on my valver now, and I have a question. The car now has an original Willis F7R 700 engine that I don't want to touch, so I have a spare F7P block. I got F7R forged rods and pistons, so now looking for a crank to build that block. I'd like to use the 197 crank, as it's the latest and designed to spin 7500+ out of the box, but it has a chain driven pump and the f7p doesn't. Now, can I remove the chain drive and use the original F7P pump and front cover seals? Or use the F4R pump on the F7P block? Ideas?
