Crankshaft Sensor

Car  E92 330
I have a random non starting problem, apparently the crank sensor could be dirty. WHERE THE HELL DO I FIND THE CRANKSHAFT SENSOR?

PM me your email address I'll send you some files about the dci fault finding etc.

The sensor down by the gearbox to ngine joining point at the top of the gearbox.

take the airbox off then look at the gearbox under it
From there locate the fly wheel you will be able to see a sensor similar to the pictured one.
you undo it with a 10mm socket there are 2 of them
It connects to the loom with a plastic connector which you need to pull off
