Just got the go-ahaed from the insurance today... took AGES! The pads need doing, garage said £117 for them both, is this reasonable? It seems easier to get them done at the same time... at least they agreed to everything else, I belive the bill came to over £4000....

£117! I'll do them for that price and pocket the £70 profit! lol!

I bought Mintex Extreme pads and fitted them myself in less than an hour, total cost £40

I will get them fitted either way, I dont mind paying a bit extra to convenience but how much of a rip of is that? If I can get them fitted local (London) easily for less than £80 I would do it.
