if yr car is red munchkin, its natural , red paint fades and breaks down faster than most others hence the crazed, thingy. I dont think it will t cut out, u might need to have it resprayed, Carbon bonnet ;)

crazed ? in what way? has it got stains/marks/chips, does it look milky/faded has it gone matt looking etc might be better to get some pics up as its a bit hard to tell exactly what the problem is from that description.

Its like crazy paving, sort of got lines and s**t in it as if the paint is cracking?
I've got a huge stonechip on my connet *hint for a carbon one for my b'day*.

Its not faded or patchy as such, just got these wierd lines like a sort of random grid effect on it.. *hints for a respray*

Sounds like the laquer/clear coat might be the problem in which case then it will probably need at least taking back to the base coats and relaquering. See if you can get some daylight pics up of it at the weekend.

Red paint can sometimes be saved through heavy polishing by a bodyshop, they take a few layers off the paint to reveal a fresher layer especially red where the sun has attacked the paint, but if its crazed then i highly doubt anything could be done!
