Creaking! Ideas?

It's doing my head in and cant find what it could be. I've checked the cv boot joint and its not split or uncliped everything else seems fine.

The noise is literally like creaking but only when i turn left and only when the car is still or i'm moving 5mph.

Any ideas??

top of the suspension turret cood be the bearings....or i cood b wrong, just an idea

Turret nut catching the shocker, is it when the car is on full lock at low speeds per chance?
