Creaking rear suspension

Hey people. Ive noticed that my rear suspension is creaking when going over uneven ground. It doesnt happen on general driving, or at high or low speeds. Any ideas?

Are you sure it's the suspension? A couple over on CT have found that it's the tailgate.
