creeking noise when steering

My 182 has developed a creeking noise when steering at slow speeds, so like pulling away, in and out of spaces etc..


But only when I'm applying throttle, if I'm parked and I turn the wheel nothing

Could be lots of things, play in a ball joint, track rod end etc. first thing I would do is jack the car up and check the suspension for play or take it to a garage and get them to check it over for you.
