sounds about right m8....think I usually get 7000 ish. Be careful if you decide to try different tires tho. I went to Uniroyal Rainsports and they dont have a strengthened wall. You wouldnt think it would make much difference but on the motorway it always felt like it was on jelly! Put one next to a conti without wheels and press them down..much more sturdy with the contis...

my first set went in 8k and second in 12k. Did try GSD3s but they felt like jelly to so so,d them after only about 200-300 miles. I do like the contis and i can get them fited for about £55 each.
