It was wicked. I was chatting to the guy who owned the 525bhp Escort which was screaming it round.
And there was a few mad Evos blasting it round too.

My mate was hammering everything but retired due to driveshaft probs.

210hp 106 gti. Managed fastest lap aswell, 1.18 dead iirc!!
Even worse, his mate (pretty much same car) went over the rumble strips and the vibrations caused the emergency engine shut off switch to activate!! He was devastated.

Oh was it the Red 106 that the emergency engine shut off thing happend to. It stopped right infornt of us.
We were running the 2 JCW Minis the Red Seat (600bhp), an Yellow Astra and a Yellow Bad boy Corsa.

Yeah it did. It was only just put back together last night and the oil cap blew off and threw oil everywhere (i didnt touch that car tho so it wasnt my fault)

Well i'm a student on my placment year at BMW where we make the Mini in Oxford as a quality specilest
I also work for OX4 Racing and we'r racing in the dumlop Sport Maxx cup in our brand new Turbo Mini.
And i semi work for/ help out Interceptor Racing who was running the astra, corsa and the old superchrged Mini

Errr i dont actually know what type of day it was. Was pretty good. Pretty much all the cars were Throttle bodyed up, or running crazy boost lol
