cross-overs

whats the point in cross overs?

Im gonna be soon runnin components, and a few sets of coaxs in the motor and wanted to know if buyin a cross over would improve quality of sound>?

if anyone thinks i should get one, what do u suggest?

Stops certain frequencies from going to the wrong speaker I think.

Only treble (high frequencies) will go to tweeters etc.. and the rest to the other speaker!

If you have components, most come with crossovers anyway?

yeah im gonna spend decent money on em so i should get seperate crossovers then!

Yep, you should get one to go between main speaker and tweeter.
