Cruise Control problem

Hi... I have a Clio 182 and although it's not something I use I've noticed that I can't initiate the cruise control or speed limiter things. I also notice that the "remaining fuel range" display doesn't work either...

Anyone got any ideas? The car has only done 22,000 miles.
