Cruise control retrofit

I have a clio 1.2 16v 2003 dynamique, is it possible to fit cruise control? I took out the switch panel where the headlight adjuster is and there is a plug sat next headlight adjuster switch, is this plug for cruise control? It has two wires on it.

That's the plug for the dash dimmer.

Think it can be done. Check the French forums, there's a huge thread on ph2 cruise
