Cruise control & speed limiter not working, at all...

Hi these haven't worked since I've owned my car.

I read somewhere that it could be due to the brake switch being out (I was also getting the SERV/ESP/ABS problem) but I seem to have fixed that now with adjustment. Basically if I press either button the light comes on the dash, but as soon as I let go, they go off. R/O doesn't do anything.

Any ideas?

EDIT: Just realised it's both buttons. Probably brake pedal sensor is still doing it then.

But I have a brand new brake switch now and have that working fine?

I don't know, I thought it was just going to be the usual broken switch problem :dapprove:

Is it worth taking the actual CC/SL button off and having a look, perhaps wiring issues or something?

It can't do any harm. Just remember what bits go where and be careful
