Never used the cruise control yet....is it possible to set a speed or to see if the steering wheel cruise buttons are working whilst the cars stationary?

Thanks

Umm. Never tried it stationary. lol If you press the cruise button it will light up a little green dial in the bottom right of the dash. And flick the switch the other way for the speed limiter, which lghts up orange.

Get your sen on the A38 on and give it a go. Don't worry about it running away with you - Any action on the brake/clutch/gas knocks the Cruise off.

Ha ha..I will be doing that its just i need to test it whilst the cars stationary first as im having a new loom fitted + cruise buttons as my other looms been cut whilst having a new wheel fitted.

Ive managed to get hold of a new loom and cruise buttons and i could do with testing it whilst the steering wheels off the car.

I know its a strange one but was wondering whether it was possible to actually set a cruise speed or limiter speed whilst stationary.

Nope no way of doing it without the car moving and has to be 20mph+ for you to be allowed to set the cruise. I'm sure theres a way with clip but there always is :dapprove:.
