My 172 doesn't have it - is it possible to fit and what kit is needed?

No is the short answer, long answer is yes but not worth it would co st a lot. None of the wiring is there, neither is the correct ecu programming there. Hence why I made sure I bought one with cruise and esp when I went looking for one.

Thats because yours, like mine is a 53 plate and most of them had cruise fitted.
