crunch chaging gear????

[Struggler]

when giving it some, (in a 1.2 :approve
changing up for 1st to 2nd, about 5500rpm
if you change too quick, it chrunches going into 2nd,
no power loss or anything,
gear box has enough oil
and cluch is less than a year old,

anyone??

Just changing too fast mate, the synchromesh needs a little more time to get to the right speed i think, so just got a bit steadier on the change, be smoother.

My 182 does it.

Mine used to not crunch but it sounded like a loud, rubbing noise, it was the driveshaft that needed greasing up. Maybe that's it?
