Cup height

Is it me or do cups look a lot higher at the fron t than mk2 172s, as i thought they were suppose to be 3mm lower? Or are the arches bigger ? Just know that every 172 i have seen looks lower than my cup and all the other i have seen.

Dont know but cups also seem higher that 182s

is that 1 182 next to the cup or a 172 with cup splitter. Black on looks lower. Cup looks wider - oh i dont know!

The Cups (172 ones) should be 7mm lower at the front and 5mm at the back but the tolerances for them are tighter (+- 10mm against 10.5 for the 172) so you could end up with a 172 being lower than a Cup.

Iains 172 is lower at the front but higher at the back than my Cup... not sure why.

i just think the gap between the tyre and the front arch is massive.
