Oh someones already stuck a piccy up 
The plastic origional cup splitter is quite easy to fit.
As for the carbon one there is no flex like the plastic one so involves getting measurements just right and cutting one up !!! if ur over a lil bit it wont join back.
Then you need to fill the joint with some CF compound mix with black gasket sealant!.
As for origional i think someone posted up how to once, just keep cutting the back away until it folds and hugs the bumper.
