cup v 205 gti

Just sold my pug 1.9 gti for a Cup.

Up to now im more than impressed....pace,brakes,build quality,looks,gadgets (yes...more than a steering wheel and lecy windows).

The steering is the only thing thats taking a bit of getting use to mainly cause its assisted.The feel is a bit different than my old pugs and though the Cup has bags more grip for now at least lm not able to pick my spot on the road as well as when in the pug.This will come in time,lm sure.

Has any one else gone from Pug to Cup?

106GTi had more kart like handling.

havent in that respect. but im sure going from non assisted to assisted will take some getting used to

Went from Pug to VTR, still get misty eyed about driving that Pug, wheelspin in 1st, 2nd AND 3rd (then again, that could have been my tyres). Helluva car know the 182 will be at LEAST as good. VTRs same as 106 GTi handling wise, just you have to rev the nuts off it to get it to go anywhere fast.
